Life can become difficult to deal with for many reasons and meeting with a qualified counsellor who can offer a safe, confidential space where you are able to share your thoughts and feelings, may help you begin to make the changes you want to make in your life.

You may be feeling troubled, stressed or distressed and need to talk to someone who is willing to listen and understand your experience.

You may think that you need support to overcome a difficulty or come to terms with a life event, such as a bereavement or loss.

You may feel inadequate or view yourself as worthless however much you achieve or do.

Whatever brings you to counselling, as a person-centred counsellor, I will help you to reflect upon and explore whatever is troubling you at your own pace.
